A painful sexual experience, or a wanton lustful desire that cannot be justified.
Colloquialism:
"I'm dealing with a serious dilemma of Shagony. It hurts so much that my boyfriend and I broke up two years ago. "Yea, it sucks, got a major bout of Shagony. Help, I need a lover I'm struggling with a serious case of the shagonies." I went to a sex therapist and doc says, "I've got Shagony." I ask, "What is Shagony, I never heard of that before" She flat out said, "Go fuck someone else, you've been couped up in Abstinenceville and Celibacy to long, like 10 years too long."
